I understand that this reservation request is not accepted until I receive confirmation from a CCF staff member.

I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the CCF Community Meeting Room Policy (available HERE, last revised 7/12/2024), including the reservation process, arrival and check-out procedure, and general guidelines. Any violation of the policy may result in denial and/or cancellation of future use of meeting rooms. Approval to use meeting rooms is not an endorsement by CCF.

I understand that the following items are not permitted: open flames, candles, aromatherapy diffusers, smoke machines, hanging lights, glitter, confetti, paint, sparklers, live animals, or weapons of any kind. Service animals are permitted, as are weapons under the control of authorized law enforcement officers.

I understand that tape, nails, thumbtacks, putty, or any other item that could affect the appearance of the surface when removed are not permitted.

I understand I am responsible for my own room setup and putting the room back to its original state.

I understand that due to unforeseen weather conditions or acts beyond CCF’s control, the availability of CCF’s facilities cannot be guaranteed.

I am authorized by the above organization to enter this agreement and assume full responsibility on behalf of the organization.


I understand details on the organization may be requested, such as an IRS determination letter, a Certificate of Insurance listing CCF as additionally insured, a list of the board of directors, and a description of programs offered.
